What happens after you message us
- 1We reply within a few minutes to confirm your request.
- 2We confirm pickup address, drop-off address, and what you're sending.
- 3We send your quote and a secure GigPay payment link.
- 4Once payment is confirmed, your rider is assigned and you'll get WhatsApp updates until delivery, including a photo confirmation when it arrives.

Prices are indicative starting fees. Your exact quote is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch — bulky, fragile, or after-hours jobs may be priced differently.
Turnaround
On-demand collection within 30–60 minutes during operating hours, with same-day delivery as standard. Scheduled and recurring pickups can be arranged for businesses.
Payment
Pay securely via GigPay — card, EFT, or wallet. No cash handling required. Riders can also accept card on delivery using Tap to Pay on their phone, and payouts to riders run on AppiaPay.
